Ayn was born and raised in the small Northern Ontario community of Elliot Lake. Having always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Ayn decided to attend both Cambrian College (Sudbury) & Algonquin College (Ottawa). While studying for her Business Administration diploma, Ayn got her first exposure the real estate world when she took a part-time position with a small real estate firm as a receptionist. Ayn’s real estate career really kicked into high-gear when she took a position as an Administrative Assistant to a very successful husband and wife real estate team. Since that time, she has worked in a variety of urban & rural areas of south of Ottawa. She went on to work as a Senior Branch Administrator and Training/Social Media Coordinator helping agents harness the power of their social networks to buy & sell real estate. These positions gave her valuable experience in dealing with other clients & other realtors.
Outside of work, her past volunteer activities have included Ottawa Bluesfest, Riverside South Community Association and helping out at The Snowsuit Fund. Presently Ayn run’s 3 meet-up groups (Ottawa Connecting Women, Ottawa Swap Meet and Active Social Kids moms group) and is a member of the Collab Space community (a collaborative working environment that helps fosters local start-up companies & entrepreneurs alike).
Through her weekly real estate information nights (www.buyerseries.ca), Ayn teaches buyers and sellers how to navigate the Ottawa real estate market. The events cover a variety of micro-topics in real estate from buying your first home, to buying a condo, to buying rural properties or considering your options as you go through more difficult times (separation & divorce).
Ayn is proud to be a full-time career REALTOR® and brings a unique background in social media & marketing to your real estate team. You will find her to be personable, reliable and professional. Ayn trains realtors & buyers on using modern real estate technology to further streamline their real estate business. In addition to her training role, she enjoys helping buyers & sellers trade in real estate. Ayn is highly trained at how to market products & services to buyers, sellers and colleagues. Through the use of technology she can highlight the unique benefits of a property and create a tremendous amount of online traffic to her listings. In her spare time, you can find Ayn with her 2 children or organizing networking events for local business entrepreneurs. Ayn attributes her success to her ability to leverage her professional network and maintain a can-do attitude!
